How She Wears It with Noora J. Brown

HOW SHE WEARS IT
With Noora J. Brown

The first time I met Noora was at Gwyneth Paltrow’s annual holiday party for Goop. Noora is the EVP of Brand at Goop, where she oversees all aspects of how the brand shows up in the world. (She also writes the very addictive Substack, Objects Of Desire - in it, she documents all her recommendations for the home and wardrobe.) After that first meeting, we bumped into one another at several parties around Los Angeles. It didn’t take long for us to realize we have a lot of friends in common, and it’s a treat every time I get to see her.

Every time I see her, she’s always wearing something beautiful and considered—whether it’s a new Maria McManus dress (like the cream one in the photo above), a vintage Chanel piece, or something from G. Label’s latest collection. So of course, I couldn’t resist popping over to her home to play dress up with some of my favorite sapphire tassels and see all the different ways you can style them.

OUR SAPPHIRE TASSELS
4 Ways To Wear Our Tassels

I’ve always dreamed of a piece of jewelry I could wear in multiple ways and could be transformed into something different - and that was the birth of our Tassel collection. The Tassels were designed to easily be added to other existing pieces in our collection and thus present new ways of wearing what you already own. They can be added to the ends of a convertible chain to be worn as a Sautoir necklace, or double wrapped with the tassels higher.

A single tassel can be worn as a pendant on a chain or added to one of our bracelets. And finally, a pair of them can be worn with any of our studs for a dramatic, swingy effect. I’m especially partial to adding a tassel to the clasp of my Oval Link bracelet as Noora wears here.

CONVERTIBLE EARRINGS
2 Ways To Style Your Studs

By adding a stone tassel onto the post of our studs, before placing it in your ear, enables you to take your everyday earrings in an entirely new direction. The effect is of one solid, dramatic, piece of jewelry - not two that fit easily together.
