Ashley Harris, the founder of DONTLETDISCO, launched her upbeat and always colorful jewelry brand in New York in 2019. Ashley's personality and style, mixing her vintage Chanel clogs with her collectible Adidas wind-breakers, match her fun, whimsical, playful designs. Some of her pieces remind me of the candy necklaces we rocked as kids. Still, her take on it is like wearable art featuring Murano glass Lego beads, hand-painted fruit, or (my favorite) dried flowers preserved in resin. Her brand, a play on words for "don't let this go!" coined its name to remind the wearer of "the good times and good vibes in our lives." But before DONTLETDISCO, Ashley worked in marketing at Sotheby's, crisscrossing her way between New York to London, covering anything from 20th Century Design to Rare Books & Manuscripts.
